Barefoot Nellie&Co.

Seth is from Soddy Daisy, TN  where he lives with his wife, Amanda. Seth is a Chattanooga and Soddy Daisy Firefighter. His son, Ryan is 22 and a Firefighter as well. Seth has been the banjo player for Barefoot Nellie since 2019.  

Seth was born into a family of musicians and grew up listening to his grandparents play southern gospel music.  At age six,  he picked up the banjo and has been playing ever since.  

He has had the opportunity to open up for many noted musicians and bands such as The Del McCoury Band, The Osborne Brothers and Union Station. He has performed onstage with Dierks Bentley, Bruce Hornsby and Luke Bulla.   The highlights of his career was opening for Dr. Ralph Stanley and John Hartford.  

Seth enjoys spending time with his family, hunting & picking banjo at music festivals.
